March 17- 19 KOA INDY Site #D5. So first camping trip under my belt, next one next weekend. What did I learn? Well, I like camping! I had a blast. First night was rough. Doug drank to much beer, we didn't eat a lot that day and it was hot (we were cleaning and organizing) so because of that when we went to sleep he thought he turned on the heater. I woke him up 2-3 times and told him I was freezing (my teeth were chattering) he didn't care, he was OUT! He woke up around 4 and he was cold so he got up. He got the manual read it (I know shocker) but it didn't help. He realized that he forgot to turn the propane on. Once that was turned on we had heat. Needless to say the morning was horrible. We were sick and cold. Went to Walmart got some meds and started feeling a little better. While we were out we bought some yard games and realized we need something to do. Next trip the kids get to go YEAH!!! I forgot to take pics of the inside and of the outside once we had everything cleaned and put away. Also we got camping lights and no pic of them yet. next time I will get pics. (hopefully)
